Position your five ships. Tap a ship to pick it up, tap the water to drop it, and rotate it if you like. Shuffle places them all at random.
Take turns firing at the enemy grid. A red ember marks a hit, a white ring a miss. Sink every enemy ship to win.
Instead of firing, use one of your ships' weapons. It then needs a few turns to reload.
Lose a ship and you lose its weapon, so protect the ones you rely on.

Aim and fire: Mouse: hover to aim, click to fire. Touch: tap to aim, tap the same cell again to fire.
1–6: Pick Fire or a weapon
R: Rotate a ship while placing, or the airstrike
V: Switch between the enemy grid and your fleet
Enter: Start a game from the menu

Create a room and send the link or the 6-character code to a friend. The game runs directly between your two browsers.
Your fleet never leaves your device. When the game ends, both fleets are revealed and every reported hit and miss is checked, so lying about hits gets caught.
If your connection drops, the game waits up to a minute for you to come back and carries on where it stopped.
Use Chat for quick reactions or a short message, and Rematch to play again in the same room.
